Ingredients

  • 1 tsp frozen garlic or 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 fresh bell pepper
  • 100g tomato paste
  • 75ml water
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika powder hot
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 0.3 tsp allspice
  • 2 tsp sesame

Instructions

  1. Sauté vegetables: First, sauté the vegetables, including the sliced bell pepper, in the olive oil.
  2. Add tomato paste: Then add the tomato paste and sauté briefly for a little sweetness.
  3. Deglaze and season: Then deglaze with a little water and vinegar. Finally, add all the spices and let it cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
